Guided canoe-kayak
As a state-certified instructor, I guide you as close as possible to where you are staying: on the Corrèze, Lot or Périgord stretch of the Dordogne. How to navigate, hold your line, sync with your teammate, read the river… then enjoy the scenery.
- Half-day or full day: route chosen together based on where you are staying.
- With bivouac: 1.5 or 2 days on the river.
- Equipment hire: paid directly to the rental company we choose together.
Stand Up Paddle: introduction & descent
On the Lot stretch of the Dordogne only, with Carennac Aventure. Test your balance with an introduction, or set off on a 9 km half-day descent among grey herons and calm waters.
- 1h15 introduction: basics, games and discovery of the aquatic environment.
- 9 km descent (half-day): handling and reading the river.
- When: from the Easter holidays to the autumn break.

Canoe from age 7 (swimmers) in Corrèze and Lot, from age 5 on the Périgord stretch. Paddle: introduction from 7, descent from 14.

Equipment
