A state-certified instructor and partner of Compagnie Sports Nature, I guide you on the Lot stretch of the Dordogne: how to navigate, hold your line, sync with your teammate, then enjoy the Causse du Quercy scenery.

Stand Up Paddle: introduction & sunset tour
Test your balance with an introduction, or set off on a 6 km Sunset Tour at dusk, among grey herons and calm waters — another way to discover the river.
- Introduction: basics, games and discovery of the aquatic environment.
- Sunset Tour: 6 km Gluges → Creysse, whitewater handling.
- When: from the Easter holidays to the autumn break.
